- Before joining the closed Grand Poker Club, each player is required to read and clearly understand the rules described in this section.
- Please note that the rules may be unilaterally changed, amended or added. If you do not agree with any of the rules, it is strongly recommended that you do not participate in the game.
- There will be a professional dealer at each table, who will be in charge during the game, and whose orders and decisions are of paramount importance to all players.
- The rules of play at each table are unique. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with them before you start playing.
- Players are not allowed to use electronic or other third party devices that may directly or indirectly affect the outcome of the game.
- It is forbidden to collude with other players or to give hints during the game. It is forbidden to call cards after they have been dealt.
- All games and tournaments start at the appointed time. Players arriving late risk forfeiting their entry fee and will be removed from the table.
- The starting deposit for participation in the tournament must be paid in advance. If a player does not meet this requirement, they will not be able to confirm their participation and their seat will be given to another player.
- Grand Poker Club members are expected to respect each other and the Club staff. Any conflicts or disputes will be settled in the presence of the manager.
- A video camera is installed at each table to monitor the actions of the dealers and players. This helps us to keep the game fair and transparent.
- Breaches of the above rules will result in a range of penalties from disciplinary and financial penalties within the club to administrative and criminal penalties under Australian law.
